Retreat Rules

1. Respect
Always show respect towards people and property.

2. Sobriety
This retreat is alcohol-free.

3. Adherence to Schedule
Participants are expected to follow the retreat’s schedule. If there are changes in your check-in or ferry schedule, please inform the Retreat Committee promptly.

4. Participation and Punctuality
Be on time for all activities and participate fully. Engagement in discussions and events is essential to make the most of the retreat experience. Stay present and open to learning and growth.

5. Safety and Health
If you notice someone is missing, injured, or unwell, notify the Retreat Committee immediately to ensure proper care.

Dress Code

Lord's Day Service (24 Nov)

Retreat T-shirt, long pants/skirt and proper footwear.

Other Worship Services and Bible Study Times

All participants are expected to dress appropriately for worship.

T shirts are allowed. No revealing, translucent/see-through or crop tops.

Shorts must be of modest length, almost touching kneecaps.

Group games and activities at the beach

Do dress in sporty attire

Keep modest attire (No super short or tight shorts, no swimsuit).

Retreat FAQ

1. Meeting time on 23 Nov (Sat):

Meet Evg. Nick at TMFT (Tenah Merah Ferry Terminal), 9.20AM
> Check-in and collection of boarding pass.

2. No breakfast provided on Sat morning (23 Nov). Limited food option at the Tenah Merah Ferry Terminal. There is a cafe onboard the Ferry.

3. Motion sickness pill: You can get a motion sickness pill from Leh Tieng. Please take it 1 hour before boarding.

4. Bintan time is 1 hour behind SG

5. Lunch on Sat is at 12pm Bintan Time/ 1pm SGT

6. Your Return Boarding Passes will be given out to you at the Bintan Ferry Terminal on Mon (25 Nov). Those with different ferry timing, please approach eNick directly.

7. Estimated arrival time in SG on Mon (25 Nov): 5pm SGT time.

8. Ferry Details:

1. TMTBBT 23 Nov 2024 (Sat) departs @ 1110

2. BBTMT 25 Nov 2024 departs @ 1435

9. Travel insurance: The Church is NOT providing it, please get your own travel insurance if required.

10. Please sign the indemnity form – EVERYONE MUST sign.

12. Offering Collection: There will be main 3 Services with Offering time
(Opening, Closing, and LD services). Please use SGD cash or online transfer.

13. Retreat Announcements will be made via WA group (or ask your Team members)

14. There is a Hotel Wifi network - No password required.

15. Buggy service to dinner venue on day 2 – priority for members who require climbing assistance, and for mothers with young children.

16. Children’s room during Service is located next to the main hall
Parents with young children may use this room to watch Service via youtube. There will be art painting program for children during Lord’s Day service.

17. Food allergy - Please manage your food intake at your own discretion. For babies and young children, parents are kindly requested to bring their own food items.

18. Do we need IDR? Minimum. The hotel accepts credit cards.
